Our brand new cold warehouse facility is located at Campbell Heights Industrial Park in South Surrey, which is a 10 minute drive from the USA commercial truck crossing.

Capabilities

Our new facility is capable of providing storage for perishables, frozen foods and dry goods. We offer CFIA re inspections, cross docking, import/export, container services and full transportation within the GVA and across North America. Whether storing for several months or just overnight we can accommodate your every need.

Our Facility

Our innovative new facility offers temperature ranges from -20 degrees to +4 degrees Celsius +/- with a refrigerated loading dock that will maintain correct product temperatures and always ensure the integrity of your goods. We have a mixture of variable height pallet openings that will accommodate all pallet heights and we have invested in high quality structural steel racking to accommodate any weight requirements. We will ensure that your product is never bulk stacked, mixed with other goods or sitting on the floor. All of our customers products sit on our racking. The integrity of your goods and providing a seamless cold chain solution is our number one priority. Always!

Caring for Your Goods

We take the security and care of your goods seriously. Our facility is fully fenced, gated and secured with internal and external cameras and perimeter intruder detection. We video monitor and record every truck and every case of product going in and out of our facility from multiple cameras on our dock and in our yard.

In case of a major power failure our leading edge building design allows the opportunity for external power to be brought onsite to energize our building and keep your product safe regardless of how long of a power failure crisis we experience. We have made the effort and investments to ensure the integrity of your product at all times. No matter what, your goods are always safe in our care.
